Jimmie Kay did a wonderful job throughout the process of selling my first home. The sale had a few tricky aspects due to the condo being part of a self-managed HOA and the new buyer being very particular about how he wanted the minor repairs completed. Jimmie Kay helped guide me through every step, often taking on tasks when I was busy. I could not have done this without her.
